We will:

Remotely diagnose and repair problems with your software, operating system, or files.

Perform security and malware checkups and offer options for premium protection options when needed. 

Answer questions and provide answers relevant to the issues you are experiencing. 

Provide recommendations for any issues we are unable to resolve remotely. (Hardware and issues related to your internet connection often require in person repair).

Please note that appointments made for the same day may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.
