On site visit to your business or home to resolve issues related to PC, Mac, or network connectivity.   Please note that we will not enter any home or business with occupants who have not been vaccinated, masks are REQUIRED while we are in your home.

We will utilize this time to provide solutions or consultation on solutions for your stated issues. 

We will diagnose and resolve all problems that we can within the given time frame or provide time estimates for larger projects for approval. 

We will test the efficacy of our repairs or fixes before leaving.

*mileage will be billed for more than 30 miles.

*cancellations are not refunded unless 48 hours in advance

*labor only, required equipment or software will be billed at MSRP (router, hard drive, or antivirus subscriptions)
